How DECKS Work

• Each DECK has a DECK.md with metadata
• The canonical DECK route is /DECKS/{NAME}/ (served via both https://{host} and magic://{host})
• ARCHIVE decks live in git history + ~/.canonic/RUNTIME/
• Current decks live on disk with governance + content
• All frontends are DECKS. MAGIC serves them.
